You should have immediately involved the store manager and filed a report and/or called the police. I would not have left the store with the ring. I'm in a situation now, and I don't know what to do. I know my diamond was switch . I took it in for cleaning, sales person said prong was wearing down and if I lost the set,it would'nt be replaced. Then she ask was it under warrenty, she looked it up on computer, saw that it was, and sold me on the idea of having it fix. I did go over my ring with her several times, showing her what I will be looking for when ring return. We looked into scope several times,I'm yet telling her I know my ring. She sold me on the repurtation of the store.When I got ring back, immediately I notice this was not my ring and I told her that. I was in tears. In dilima to leave ring or take to show husband. I took it. The sales person that took it was transfered to another store in another city.If you have some suggestions , please help me. Whatever happen?
